Keoki Staab, the creator of Easy Stretch Body/Mind Relaxation, is a licensed Hawaii massage therapist who has been working with senior citizens as a volunteer for over 20 years. From this work the concept of the Easy Stretch program was born. Keoki s program of gentle daily stretching has shown remarkable results among Hawaii s seniors. Currently, Keoki is teaching his Easy Stretch program at the Fitness and Aquatic Center in Sequim (Olympic Peninsula), WA.
